Gentle corporeal exercise based on listening, helping you tackle the changes that occur in the various phases of pregnancy. A path of conscious welcoming for your baby and an opportunity to share your experience with other mothers.
Among the objectives of the course:
to gain awareness of your breathing ahead of the birth;
to maintain your spine flexible and strong;
to explore the movements of the pelvis.
How the course works
The course is held weekly with each meeting lasting an hour.
You are welcome to join the course in your second trimester and attend through to the birth if your physical condition consents corporeal exercise.
The course will be run with a minimum of three participants.

Registration is monthly with the fee being € 40.00 for four lessons.
You are only asked to pay for the first lesson if you decide to proceed with the course, otherwise it is considered a free trial lesson.
