In this important period of change, yoga for young people can become an aid to self-awareness, favouring the harmonization of development and reinforcing self-esteem.
The practice offered is prevalently a dynamic yoga, with room for exercises working on posture and respiratory techniques and moments of aware attention.
The work within a small group facilitates the creation of relationships within which contact with peers is based on sharing rather than competition.
A complete cycle is composed of 10 sessions, each lasting an hour.
The working groups are composed of a maximum of 10/12 individuals.
